Any way to neuter Weatherbug's data mining (spyware)?

Last time I ran Adaware 6 it killed my weatherbug. When I reinstalled weatherbug today I watched Adaware more carefully. It considers the entirety of weatherbug a data miner. I found a thread on another forum about it but all they said was uninstall it and find another program.
So is there a way to kill weatherbug's spyware or should I just delete it?

Oh well. I ended up killing weatherbug and installing weatherwatcher.
