Any way to lock out certain files by certain times?

Hi, I'm trying to see if there is any way to lockout certain files by let's say a certain time frame. My friend uses my computers for school work and gaming a lot but lately too much gaming and I just wanted to lock it out let's say from 1:00am-7:00am? Any way to do that? Not like an entire hard drive or anything(but I will if I must), probably just a few folders.

if you are using 2k03 AD, then no problem.

I think it might be possible to do it, depending, if you are using XPhome - no. unless you look for third party.
xp pro - i think you might be able to.
Right click the file/folder - properties - advanced - see if you see anything that might tickle your fancy
