There probably aren't any that will shape a Dolby Digital or DTS signal because it would have to decode, shape, and re-encode all on the fly before sending it to the receiver.
Most receivers come with multi-band EQ built-in these days, in addition to the automatic corrections programs like Audyssey. I found that Audyssey actually works pretty well, resulting in noticeably flatter and more uniform response from my motley crew of speakers.
If you just want to shape the LFE channel, you can plug your graphic EQ between the LFE pre-out and your sub's input.
