Any way to get XP Plus screen savers to work in Win98?

I'm dual booting 98 and XP and I'd like to get the fish screen saver working on 98. Obviously it won't install, and if I manually copy the file and try to run it, it prompts to accept the EULA and exits. Is there any registry editing I can do to get this to work?
