I'm wondering if there is any way to get a Ryzen 9 3900 processor. (not 3900x) I'm interested in a 65 watt version, but I haven't seen anyone selling it online anywhere in the world. I know that it is supposed to be system integrators only, but usually there is SOMEBODY out there somewhere in the world who is selling these.

Probably just easier to buy a 3900x and under volt/clock it. Will get the same power usage as they are the same silicone.

If you run a 3900x in Eco mode, it almost becomes a 3900. Almost. It'll actually overvolt itself in strictly ST workloads (in the real world, this means ST benchmarks and nothing else) which is weird. Maybe the latest AGESA revisions have fixed that behavior, but I doubt it.

Anyway for MT stuff that will actually approach the 65W power limit, just get a 3900x and use Eco mode.
