Any way to get Leadtek PVR software to work with OTHER devices?

Perhaps? I have a VIVO NVIDIA vidcard, and it doesn't show up on the WinFast PVR capture device list. In fact, nothing does. Anyone do this before? I emailed leadtek support, but they've been sleeping on the answer for a couple days now.
