any way to get around using WMP for msn music?

I use msn music a lot to listen to sample clips of songs, but it requires you to use WMP. is there any way to get around this by tricking it or something?
 
winamp, and I know it can play wma's but msn music detects whether or not you're using wmp and tells you to install it if you haven't
