Any way to get a better driver for Radeon Xpress 200M on W7?

I've tried mobility modder on the 10.9s but no luck, the install only offers to install a .net framework and CIM. There is a legacy driver on AMD (10.2) but it doesn't actually offer to install the driver either when setup is run. GPU-Z says this is a RC410M (DX9). Trying to breathe a little more life into this laptop, it needs all the help it can get.
