Any way to get a 16:9 image through TV-out on a GeForce 6600?

I'm trying to use TV-out from a GeForce 6600 card running Windows XP and the latest ForceWare drivers. It works fine, but I can only get output to the TV in 4:3 resolutions, and it's a 16:9 TV. Is there any way to get TV-out at a proper resolution? I'm using S-video out, but could use component, too. There's no digital signal input on the TV.

Will I have to end up buying a VGA to Component video converter box? Would that even work?

I don't care about having a regular monitor hooked up, I jsut want this machine for playing video on the TV.

Svideo will not pass a 16:9 signal. The only connections that will are VGA/RGB, Component, DVI and HDMI. It must be an older 16:9 TV to have no digital inputs at all.

I can't get it to work with component video either. I jsut can't select any 16:9 resolutions for the TV anywhere in the nvidia drivers.
