Any way to format a RW cd to the fat32 file system?

I dont have any dos partitions or a floppy drive, and i need to do something in dos out of windows.

No, but you can however create a bootable CD that boots dos.. There are some links on how to do this at bootdisk.com (look for "Bootable CD").

To my knowledge you can't put a partition on a CD-R or RW. However, DOS can read the ISO 9660 standard. You would need device drivers loaded for the CD-ROM of course. Any program such as Nero or Roxio can write with the ISO 9660 file system. DOS may be able to read the Joliet file system, I really can't remember. I don't think there is a packet reader for DOS to use UDF though. Perhaps someone could correct that statement if they know more?
