Any way to fix this?

About a week ago, i visited the forums of the site that i've been frequenting lately. However, due to some strange bugs, none of the board links appear on the index page. I see the table in which they are always in, and the column titles (forum, posts, last post, etc), but the boards themselves aren't there anymore. I logged out and refreshed and they appeared. But because of the board's restrictions, i can't browse them without logging in. And once i log in, it cuts me off again. I tried creating a new account but the same thing keeps happening. Anyone wanna suggest how to fix this?

start with clearing cache and cookies, reboot. If that doesn't work, try running the tool to repair internet explorer.

If that doesn't work, format and reinstall Windows.
