Any way to fix huge cracks in my heels?

TallBill

Lifer
Basicly dry skin has taken over the heels of my feet and i have 2 or 3 large cracks forming. I started putting some lotion on them, but i dont think thats gonna do it. Any suggestions? Btw, i DONT want to go to a doctor for this unless nothing works. They only hurt a little, and i can deal with them.

lotion. eucerin - it works wounders. wear socks. and get a pumus stone and use it in teh shower. it will help the most

When you're in the tub, wash em a lot... using pumus stone helps also I believe. Well at least thats what us asians do... seems to work I guess, dont do it personally though...

bath and body works. will have a pumus stone. or a store like it.

and you can get Eucerin CVS i beleive or a store liek that

Eucerin is lotion. You can also get stuff called bag balm (in the lotion aisle). You'd be better off buying a pumice stone from a cheapy store (Wal-Mart, Kmart, etc.) or a 99 cent store - they're all the same pretty much. You wet it and then scrub your feet with it. Scrub your feet, then lotion and put cotton socks on, it'll take a while to repair the damage, but it'll work.

You need to sand down heel and apply lotion. You have cracked skin there because the dead skin is very old. If you don't treat it the cracks might open up wider and will lead to bigger problems that will hinder you from walking normally.
