Make wireless network, but let only a few have rights to the lan?

in other words, anyone who has a key can get onto the internet fine, but not everyone has rights to access local folders on the two main computers on network.
 
Does not matter Wire or Wireless Sharing is set this way.

As well as specific adjustment of each computer according to what it is allowed to be shared.
