Any way to display pc without svideo out to lcd tv?

I have a sony tv-pc with no means of puting a videocard with tv out in it. it does not have a tv-out or vga or dvi. It is a 1 unit pc built with the monitor. Is there a way through firewire or usb that I can display powerpoint presentations or put my pc on my plasma or lcd tv. What do I need to buy?
 
It doesn't have any video-out whatsoever? I'm quite surprised, especially considering it's a Sony machine.

There are USB video devices you can buy that might be useful. Image quality and capabilities are positively awful, but they work for powerpoint.

Yeah it has an s-video in for connecting a/v devices to play on the monitor but no out. I am having trouble finding these usb devices. I only could find usb devices to play tv on your pc and or capture video from devices? Any links to what I need?
