Any way to cross reference two excel files

Heres a weird request.

I have two excel files. I need to take the smaller file, it has names, addresses, etc and run it across a master list of names and addresses to see if anything matches.

Please tell me there is a better way than to use the find feature for each and every address and name etc.

you can try google, but I would just copy the contents of the other excel file into another tab in the first excel file.

I think you can try using a lookup table. The help menu in excel should be able to walk you through it. You may need to consolidate the worksheets into one workbook. But I am not sure about this.
