Any way to copy files and applications off of a Palm?

Is there any software which will let me copy an application and some files off of a Palm onto my windows machine?

AFAIK there is no Palm OS emulator for Windows so the apps would not run. For data / files there are probably dozens of sync applications if you look at download.com or google "palm copy files" or similar ("palm sync files" ...)

Palm has an emulator: http://www.palmos.com/dev/tools/emulator/
It's decent from what I remember.

^ good point, I wasn't thinking about developer tools since the WinCE ones I'm familiar with are meant to work with the source code for the app not just compiled binaries.
