Any way to convert NRG files to ISO/BIN?

The topic pretty much says it. I've got a 400mb image that I want to convert from NRG to ISO, if possible...

I don't know if it works in reverse, but I can just change the extension on the ISO to NRG and it will work with Nero (for some reason my Nero doesn't read ISO by default)
 
If worse comes to worse, burn the nrg file on to a CD and then make an ISO from the burned CD. Not the most efficient way, but if you run out of options... 😉
