any way to change save game dirs?

nowaday some games (nfs hp2, chess rally, c&c gens) just have teh habit of creating a my docs folder for their save files and i dont like this one bit..


is there any way to change this (its not in the settings...)?

Nope, if MS doesn't want to give you a choice (Dungeon Siege), you get to take it and like it!

At least you can still back it up periodically.

Just make the folders hidden... that's what i do. That way, I can get to them if I need, but I don't have to look at them in my My Docs folder.

cuz i caved in to MS and recently began using my docs folder for all well, for all my documents, funnily enough, but i hate seeing those other pesky folders there.... 🙂

you can tell windows to move the docs folder and the games will still find it just fine.
