Any way to change ipod classic background display

when youre not touching it, it "screensaves" into a big time display, with a huge battery meter, and whether or not ipod is locked

is there a way to have it maintain the display of artist/album/song like in older ipods? sometimes when youre playing a huge new playlist you want to glance at the song info without having to unlock and "reactivating" ipod

try setting your backlight to always on and turn down the brightness to conserve some juice
