Yes and No! There is NO dos under any NT based operating system. You are able to boot "into dos" with a boot disk, but that is it. That is the only way to do this. I hope this helps.

You can also boot to the Recovery Console (on the 2K CD) which is just like DOS, except it reads NTFS :)

To install the recovery console:
Start/Run: i386\winnt32.exe /cmdcons
This will add a "command console" option to the boot menu.
Once command console is started, full disk access may not be enabled.
To enable, type at Dos prompt:
set AllowAllPaths=true
