Any way to back Data to Mini DV tapes?

Is there any way to backup data to mini DV tapes using Windows? I know there's a Linux and Mac OS X project. Anything possible for us Windows users?

I guess there's probably no reason for this software. It stores 13. 1GB per DV tape. That's about 3 DVD-R's. You can get 3 DVD-R's for probably less than the price of a DV Tape, and you can share them with anyone that has a DVD-Rom. And if your camcorder breaks, you have to buy another one for a few hundered bucks. I paid $85 for my DVD burner and when it breaks, they'll probably be less than $50 each.
