Any way I can transfer Outlook2k messages to Eudora 5.0?

I have the *.pst files from outllook2k backed up but I want to use Eudora, how wouold I transfer my emails to Eudroa?
 
I didn't export it, I just copied the archive.pst and outlook.pst files. Now when I try to import those files, Eudora says "An unknown MAPI failure has occured (IM:01)" then I click OK then it says "You may need to restart Eudora to use your new address books", but I did that, and it'll still give me that MAPI error when I try to import.
 
did try the export, its gone now, should i install oe2k again then load up the archives, then export it, then import into eudora?
