a free method preferably...

my sis got hit by a car back in june. turns out he had no insurance. the police issued a citation to him.

she's been trying to send him a letter, but it looks like he's moved with no forwarding address! what's worse, is that his workplace says that he no longer works tehre.

all she has left is his license plate number and cell phone number. he's not returning phone calls. is there any way she can look track down his new address with this limited info? my sis wants to take him to small claims court to get the car fixed. thanks in advance!

she cant, but the cops can

what happens if i go to the police? will they do these type of searches for teh public?

the thing is, she also doesn't want to claim uninsured driver coverage, because she's afraid her premium will go up.

her insurance would go up because a guy w/o insurance hit her? thats weird

cops arent suppossed to give it out, but if its a small town they might, i know of at least one incident when they did...
