Any water cooling kits with this?

I am building my PC very soon and there is one thing I can't stand about my current PC... it's loud and it gives off quite a bit of heat.

Anyone recommend me a good cooling kit to get? I want to use it on the CPU (P4 3.0c) and vid card (Radeon 9800 pro).

If possible, I would like to get everything in one package (pump, radiator, block for cpu, block for vid card).

It will be a Lian-Li PC75 (tall silver one with window) case.
