Any video conferencing programs?

That are not Netmeeting. I am behind a router, and so is my buddy, so we cannot connect. Are there programs that dont use dynamic port settings? Where can I get some of these programs?

i just searched download.com and found one that works with AOL IM
here

We are both behind a router, so AIM will not accept direct connections.

Just unplug it from your router and have a direct connections from your modem to computer. Don't be lazy
