Any very compact cameras using CF?

I'm looking for a new camera that I can bring around with me conveniently, and the main requirements are that it's very small (digital elph size or smaller), takes good quality pictures, and uses CF media. I'm not too concerned about resolution, but would prefer 4 MP or higher.

I know that compactflash is sort of an ironic name for that type of card considering its size compared to other media these days, but I just bought a 4GB card for my existing camera and would prefer not to spend more money buying a different type of memory for another camera.

Any suggestions?

Here's a list link It is all cameras though, not just compact ones.

I would suggest getting SD cards too, a compact one may or may not support FAT32, which can make formatting the card a inconvinience.
