any veritas guru's here? need to restore exchange public folders

I am restoring a SBS2003 system after a clean install. I did not do the backups but so far everything seems to be there.

I finally got all the user mail boxes restored after some trial and error (nothing seemed to work right.)
but now I can't get the public folders restored.
they only way i could get the mailboxes restored was to specify the administrator account for resource credentials, use exchange redirection to the specific account (we could only do 1 account at a time)
using administrator credentials there as well.

I have exchange2003 SP1 installed.
this is veritas 9.1
 
I'm currently configuring 9.1 to backup my Exchange server, so if I run into anything that looks like it will help, I'll make sure to post here. 🙂
