I notice my cpufan rpm increases and decreases on its own.....is there any utility i can use to regulate that myself ? like increase its speed when i wanna, instead of it doing automatically ?

First, turn off FanEQ in your bios, it'll be under the PC Health section. Then, download speedfan, it will let you adjust your CPU fan, as well as any other fans connected to a motherboard controlled 3pin. Note that usually only 2 fans are controlled, the CPU and Northbridge Fans.

Your mobo has "Q fan", which should monitor your fan speed. I've never used it, but maybe try playing around with that first. If that doesn't work, try getting & using speedfan.
