Any ultraportables with decent 3D accelerators?

Are there any ultraportables with a <12" screen (preferably ~10" 10x7 and under) and semi-decent 3d performance for light gaming?

Closest thing I could find is the TC1100 with a Geforce Go 420, but that's a tablet/hybrid.

Many of the HP/compaq Evo line use ATI IGP3xx graphics, which are based on the Radeon 9000/9100/9200. Some of the older 12" iBooks used Radeon 9000's, and a few of the PowerBooks may have had 9200's.

The Dell XPS M1210 has a option for a go7400 256MB card, but that's a 12.1" screen. Less than 12 I'm not sure you're going to find anything more than a GMA 950 or a GMA 3000

The XPS M1210 is also kind of heavy for it's size, but it is true that you won't find anything beyond integrated graphics in the <12" range.

Ultraportable = no decent 3D accelerators.

At that price point, it's a shame, but the focus is on portability and battery life, not power.

XPS or a 14" notebook would be your other options.

I don't see why an ultraportable can't have decent graphics capabilities, a 7300 shouldn't consume too much power to be put into a small form factor laptop. Power is Go 7800 and Yonah, I'm not expecting power in an ultraportable, but I don't think baseline functionality is too much to ask for.

But it takes up space in an ultraportable notebook and adds some weight since then they need to throw a heatsink on the gpu, etc. They want to keep ultraportables as light as possible, so using integrated graphics is the direction they tend to take. Also, the integrated graphics do provide basic functionality.
