Any TV tuner card supporting both PAL and NTSC

Hello, I would be travelling to South Asia and so I need a tv tuner card (pci or USB) with a remote which supports both PAL and NTSC. If there is none like this, a strictly PAL will also work.

How long before you go?

The reason I ask is that I believe that a Theater 650 based card will offer you about the best quality and I think supports various international TV standards.

They're supposed to be out sometime this month.

Are you sure this supports PAL?

I contacted haupagauge and they said they don't sell any PAL in US market?
