Any tutorials on how to setup my home machine so that I can connect to the desktop from work?

Ok I found a tutorial but what "name" does it connect to? Do I need my box's IP address? How would I connect to my box at home when I'm at work? The thing here is all setup as we connect to our boss's computer.

Just re-read your post, if your using remote desktop on XP or 200 then you need the ip address, or the dns name of the box.

You need to enable remote desktop on the machine you want to connect to, which you can do in the system properties, very simple.

Then you just login like your at your computer normally 🙂
