I would love to have one, too bad it wont make CA emmisions. HOwever i can probably register it as a "classic"..

those are really a car that needs a good home.. they are a legacy that dates back to the cold war and how east germany stayed behind in the world race.

Ah yes, I remember those beauties. These cars were highly prized, you had to get on a waiting list for a year or more to get your hand on one.

I remember reading of families waiting 9 years to get thiers... sheesh.. Those fiberboard fenders worried me. Similar to masonite.
