any tooth polishers available for purchase online

I'm coming up blank on searches. Best thing I've found online is Braun's top of the line rechargeable toothbrush with multiple brush heads, but it doesn't really look like it is designed specifically for a real tooth polishing session.

Looking for something rechargeable (or batteries) that is specifically designed for tooth polishing, with polishing head and gritty polishing cream.
