Hmmm... I'm not going to touch this with a ten foot pole. That's the easy part.

Now to find a company that's nuclear certified for eddy current tests. :sigh;

It depends on the vehicle, size of tire required, and type of rims they're to be mounted on... Make certain the vehicle itself has the ability to carry the load (not just GVWR, but look at load distribution)

NVM, I thought it had to be a typo but it looks like it is not. The load is ~18 million pounds. I don't see how this could be done.

The Saturn V rocket weighed 6,300,000 lb and IIRC they did not use tires to transport it to the launch pad.

grease on metal plates will let it slide too. ;)
