Any tips on Windows XP 7 OEM key trade?

I posted a request for windows 7 in the FS/FT forum. I got a really nice offer from someone for a windows OEM 7 key (key only, no disc), but I just want to make sure that I will be able to use this. I plan to use this key on a new PC build.

So, the other person indicated that these are windows 7 OEM keys. He said that I can download the iso here:

Windows 7 Professional (x86) - http://msft.digitalrivercontent.net/win/X17-59183.iso
Windows 7 Professional (x64) - http://msft.digitalrivercontent.net/win/X17-59186.iso

Is there anything I should consider when doing this trade to make sure that I will be able to actually install and use the keys? Any tips at all? I have never bought a key only from someone online.

Also, how would I know if the key can be used for the 64-bit version above?

Those links are correct
The key are not bit specific, so you could install either 64 or 32 bit versions.

The only thing I would be concerned about is if the key was activated. as the key is tied to the motherboard/machine per the licensing.
