Any tips on cleaning camera lenses and bodies?

Whats the best way to clean the body and lens of a camera? Also, what blowers, microfiber cloths should i use?

Lens: Buy a specific lens cleaning solution and use one of those no-scratch cloths. Put a few drops of solution on the cloth and wipe the lens in concentric circles from the center outward.
