Any tips for Windows 7 SSD install?

I am building my roommates new pc and we've decided to use a 30gb SSD for OS only and a 320gb HDD for everything else. Are there any registry changes or settings that need to be changed for this to work smoothly. I know how to check if TRIM is working. Thanks for any help.
 
There aren't really any tweaks that you "have" to do. Windows 7 is pretty smart when it comes to SSDs. With only 30GB available, you will likely want to relocate the page file and turn off hibernation though.
