Any tips for promoting facial hair growth?

I recently turned 21 and still wish I could grow a beard. Problem is that my beard is somewhat thin on the upper cheek area but its pretty full around the neck. Can this still fill out with a couple years time?

I have Scottish parents so before someone says asians aren't meant to have beards 😛

I know I can never have a Mediterrean type beard where they have really thick/dense beards but I'd like to be able to grow a decent full beard.

I've heard that if you consume jello this can help boost hair growth? is that right? supposedly because of the gelatin or something in it is what your fingernails and hair use to some extent. Then just shave daily or something?

Right now I shave every three days but that is for comfort (doesn't seem to give me razor burn then for some reason I dunno)

Yeah I have the same problem! My facial hair doesn't grow fast so I decided to stop shaving for 2 months.

Either you have it or you don't. One of my friends tried and tried but he always looked amish, we gave him sooo much $h!t until he finally just said screw it I'm a baby face the rest of my life.

Keep on shaving, the more you shave the more hair that will grow in.
Old wive's tale.

You could try hormone therapy, but that seems rather extreme. It's the only thing I can think of though that would be likely to produce results.

Otherwise, just wait.

It isn't worth hormone therapy to me heh.

Just hate shaving and would rather grow a beard but its too thin so I can't just leave it as is :\

Get an electric razor if you hate shaving. My Norelco makes shaving super easy and fast. They're pretty affordable this time of year

I have embarrassing "Shaggy"-like stubble when I don't "shave" for a week. It's as if my face can't decide to grow hair or not.

All guys under the age of 35 should be clean-shaven, with the occasional exception of a guy who looks decent with a goatee.

End of story.

we need a link to that guy whose friends superglued their pubic hair to his face for his 21st birthday...
googling for it scared me what with te fetish sites that came about.
