Put the lowest bid amount to start, and let people bid. Do not put a reserve. Accept as many payment options as possible (most people use PayPal, but a lot can only pay by check or money order) and offer shipping to Canada (or Worldwide, even). Provide honest and accurate information about the item's condition. Offer a return policy, but don't make it complicated with a load of conditions. Put the exact shipping cost (or even lower) as high shipping automatically puts some people off. Don't use any cheesy ebay templates and fill the page with too much stuff, but keep it simple and uncluttered. Keep the description of the item concise, but include all the major relevant info including tech specs. Offer any extra accessories for free with the phone that you can part with.

The pics are fine, though the reflection on the screen in the first pic makes it look a little distorted. A different angle might help, and a pic of the device powered on may be helpful.

I would leave it. In the item description put that it is originally Windows Mobile 5, but you upgraded it to 6, and the winner has the option. You are telling the truth, and it also gives the winner flexibility (some people might prefer the old version of WM).

do you have a decent bit of ebay feedback? If not, have someone else sell for you. It will make people feel better and pay more for it.

Start the auction at 1 cent with no reserve. More people will look and bid.

Yeah, that is fine. When you said you never sold anything, I wasn't sure if that meant you had very little feedback, too. You should be fine.

Start it very low and run it for 3 or 5 days. Make sure you start it at a decent time, because it will end at that time, too. So don't start it at 2am, start it at like 8pm.

Good luck.
