I'm intrigued by having a dual-layer dvd burner on the notebook, and of course the X-Brite screen and a 64MB 9200. The build quality seems much better than others (namely Toshiba). Any thoughts are appreciated.

Personally, I think you should be getting more than 512MB of RAM and a measly Mobility 9200 for $2000.
