Any thoughts on this BSOD?

Lately I keep getting blue screened when using uTorrent. The last crash said:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

STOP: 0x000000D1 (0x00000014, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x8916FCAC)

NETIO.SYS - Address 8916FCAC base at 89168000, datestamp 4a5bbf63

Searching online it seems like it's something to do with network drivers. I've got Windows 7 32-bit and two network ports on the motherboard. One is NVIDIA nForce Networking Controller and the other Marvell Yukon 88E8001/8003/8010 PCI Gigabit Ethernet Controller.

Using Device Manager however, then scanning for new drivers online it says "The best driver software for your device is already installed" when trying to update either device.

I've only noticed it recently (in the 5 years I've had this computer) and can't think of any updates or such that happened. Still, I'll try System Restore back to an earlier date and see if that helps.

Any other thoughts though? Thanks!!

It does look like a memory collision involving the network I/O function. It may have something to do with Win 7's Homegroup. You can see if any of those drivers are listed in MSCONFIG/Startup. If so, uncheck them and then see if the BSOD happens.
