Any Thoughts on Samsung SyncMaster 245BW

i am in market for a 24" LCD that has to be 1900x1200 resolution.
i came across this model from Dell, any thoughts?

cheaper than the Dell model.

I don't have experience w/ that particular model. However, I will say that I've been very happy with my Samsung LCD and owning a couple of others from other brands I can say they don't compare to Samsung quality of picture.

It's a TN panel.

IOW, it's basically the worst 24" you can buy.
Terrible viewing angles & color shifting, atrocious dynamic contrast, & poor color accuracy.
