So I have pretty much made up my mind that this is the card I want. Looking at reviews of it everyone seems to be praising it's great cooler, high quality of the components used and the massive overclocking (1GHz+ core clocks, 5400MHz memory). Sure it's a bit more expensive than the cheapest 5770s. I guess i'm just wondering if you guys want to talk me out of spending an extra 20$ on this card, maybe i'm just being an idiot or something.

I was looking to buy it off newegg canada and i'm probably going to order it tomorrow( I can't stand playing anything on this crappy 8500GT).

Looks good to me I have only seen good things about it and with the overclocking head room to will run about par with a 4890.

I advise to stay far far away from MSI they are not responding to RMA's and rebates............

The one thing I'd worry about is sound versus the stock cooler. Otherwise $20 is well worth it for the overclocking headroom, and it may be possible MSI has binned the good OC chips for these as well. Cheaper than a 5830 and you can probably get equal performance with a good OC.
