Any thoughts comparing these two RAM?

I'm trying to decide whether or not to grab these OCZ ram today from NewEgg b/c of the sales and rebates: OCZ

I'm comparing it to this Mushkin RAM: Mushkin

Does it really make a big difference? I'm basically looking for some 2x2Gb sticks of DDR2-800 at a reasonable price for a new build. Any thoughts? Should I grab that OCZ or consider something else? Appreciate any feedback.

Most likely not, but since your Mushkin link doesn't work, it's hard to say.

oops...fixed 😱 I think I missed the deal anyway at this point on the OCZ...but for my own edification, any significant difference between these two, or would you recommend another?

Just make sure that the modules you pick are compatible with your motherboard's memory voltage and timing requirements.

Both are equal in performance. The difference is so minimal it's not even worth mentioning. I believe they both use the same IC.
