Any thing wrong with this fan setup

120mm (.33A) fan in front as an intake
120mm (.33A) fan on the right side of the case directly beneath the CPU as an intake
X2 80mm (.25A) fans at the bottom of the case taking air out
X1 80mm (.25A) at the back taking air out

All fans running of a dedicated PSU

Sounds reasonable to me - but what are the CFM ratings of the fans? Total of INTAKE vs. total of EXHAUST. IMHO, the intake CFM should exceed the exhaust CFM by at least 10% to keep from sucking all the dirt floating around the room from getting sucked into your external drives (DVD,CD,floppy,etc).
