Any texture upgrades out there for Shivering Isles?

Something like Qarl's that modifys Shivering Isles. I just can't stand it that the Oblivion mods look so good, then when you go to shivering Isles, it looks like crap.

I'm honestly surprised that Qarl never came out with a Shivering Isles pack.
