i just signed up for the service yesterday...i want to hear your comments as to how long it takes until i can actually go online and how fast is your downstream? thanks much
 
im in chicago but it took them 4months to get service to me but now that i have it i havnet had but maybe 6hours of downtime and i get 768up/768down
