i know a lot of you are developers, and telecom guys, and I'm wondering if any of you work onGenesys Labs products, specifically Genesys server.
I am developing against a Genesys system and we have very little documentation on it, we've all searched the web, and the company doesn't have documentation/support for it either for this version.
If any of you have documentation on it you'd be willing to share, I would be eternally grateful.
This is for 100% legitimate purposes, no funny stuff. I'm a developer for a large corporation using an old version of Genesys with our Netfinity switch, which is also pretty old. Rather than fork out another million bucks, we're going to try to keep this going another few years, and it's very difficult to run / develop against at the time. We are in a real rut here.
