I've got clients throwing work at me like Frisbees.

I have no desire to drive 100+ miles for less than $500.00 fixed.

But if you think $50.00 an hour to swap out a switch is cool. Reply in DM ASAP.
 
Seems like you need a more targeted pool in WV, have you tried craigslist? Postings at technical colleges and universities?
