Same here. It is perfect for someone looking entry level and work up from there. Lots of new hardware goes into this company, only the newest and greatest. This job will most definitely keep someone stimulated and up to date.

MAC knowledge is a big asset for them. They have a lot of MACs on their design team. Majority are PCs though, and servers are all Microsoft, with VMware as the hypervisor.

I can't believe a job like this need a bump. All people complian about is how nothing is ever actually entry level. 60k for help desk + a little more advanced stuff is awesome... especially in NYC.
